Terms of Service

Your Dog Drew This is operated by Crosby Co LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. These terms govern your use of the site. By placing an order you agree to them. This is plain-language and not a substitute for legal advice.
1. The product is intentionally bad
Our portraits are deliberately crude, unskilled, and funny-looking. That is the product. "It looks badly drawn" is not a defect. If the portrait does not resemble your pet, you get one free redraw per pet via the link in your delivery email.
2. Your photo
You must own or have permission to use any photo you upload. Photos must show pets only — we do not accept photos containing people, and we may cancel and refund any order whose photo we can't work with. You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely to create your portrait. Photos are deleted 30 days after your order.
3. Your portrait
You receive a perpetual personal-use license to your finished portrait — print it, share it, tattoo it, we don't judge. If (and only if) you checked the sharing box at checkout, we may post your pet's finished portrait (never your original photo) on our social channels.
4. Digital delivery and refunds
Digital portraits are delivered by email, typically within 48 hours. Because they are custom digital goods, they are generally non-refundable once delivered — but if your portrait doesn't resemble your pet even after your free redraw, contact us and we'll make it right, up to a full refund. If we fail to deliver, you get a full refund. See our Refunds & Replacements page for details.
5. Physical products
Physical items are custom-printed and shipped by our production partners after your portrait is approved. Because they are personalized, they can't be returned for changes of mind — but items arriving damaged, defective, or misprinted are replaced free. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. See our Refunds & Replacements page for details.
6. Where we sell
We currently sell only to customers in the United States and Canada, for both digital downloads and physical products. Orders from elsewhere are declined at checkout rather than charged.
7. The boring parts
We may refuse or refund any order at our discretion. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms may be updated; the version at the time of your order applies. They are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
