What we collect

Your email address, your pet's photo and name, your order details, and — for physical products — a shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To create and deliver your portrait, fulfill physical orders through our print partners (they receive only the artwork and shipping address), send order emails, and provide support. We use AI image services to generate portraits; your photo is sent to them solely for that purpose. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Retention

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted 30 days after your order. Finished portraits are kept so you can re-download them and order products later. Order records are kept as required for accounting.

Sharing on social media

We only post finished portraits publicly if you checked the sharing box at checkout. Changed your mind? Email us and we'll take it down.

Analytics

We measure page views to see what's working. Our analytics are cookieless — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks, and no profiles built about you.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email hello@yourdogdrewthis.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never charge you, refuse service, or give you a worse price for exercising these rights.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising, which covers the main rights California residents have under the CCPA/CPRA. If you are in Canada, you have equivalent access and correction rights under PIPEDA, and the email above is our contact for privacy questions and complaints.
