How fast do I get my portrait?
Usually within 24–48 hours. Every portrait is personally reviewed by a human before delivery — quality control for things we made bad on purpose. It's a weird job. Your confirmation email includes a Track Your Order link that shows exactly where things stand.
Do I need an account? I lost my link!
No accounts, no passwords — your order lives at a private link we email you. Lost it? Head to the Find My Order page, enter your email, and we'll resend everything.
What kind of photo should I upload?
One pet per photo, face clearly visible, decent lighting, no heavy filters. The better we can see what makes your pet THEM, the more recognizable the terrible result. Blurry photo of a black cat in a dark room = generic bad drawing. Good photo = YOUR bad drawing.
Do you draw humans?
No. Pets only. If a human is in the photo we'll ask you for a new one.
What if I don't like it?
The ugliness is the product — that's the whole bit. But if the portrait doesn't look like your pet, every order includes one free redraw. Just click the link in your delivery email.
What do I actually receive?
High-resolution digital files by email: a web version for sharing and a print-quality version. Physical products (frames, shirts, socks, mugs) are printed with your finished portrait and shipped separately.
How long do physical products take?
They go to production only after your portrait is approved, then typically 2–7 business days to print plus shipping. You'll get tracking by email.
Can I order for multiple pets?
Yes — add up to five pets in one order, each with their own photo and their own portrait.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital portraits: no refunds once delivered (see the free redraw above — and remember, it's supposed to be bad). Physical products: if it arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll replace it.
What happens to my photo?
It's stored privately, used only to create your portrait, and automatically deleted 30 days after your order. We never sell it or use it for anything else. We only share your pet's portrait on social media if you checked the box saying we can.
