Refunds & Replacements
The short version: we can't refund a portrait for being badly drawn — that's what you ordered. But if something is actually wrong, we fix it, and we'd rather lose a few dollars than leave you stuck with something you hate.
Digital portraits
If your portrait doesn't look like your pet, every order includes one free redraw per pet — the link is in your delivery email. If the redraw still misses, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right, up to and including a full refund. If we never deliver your portrait, you get a full refund without asking.
Physical products
Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted is replaced free — email us a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. If a replacement isn't possible, we refund that item instead. Orders lost in transit are reprinted and reshipped free.
Because every item is custom-printed with your pet's portrait, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size — double-check the size chart before ordering. If the shipping address you gave us was wrong, email us and we'll work out the least painful fix.
